How will I receive the gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are delivered digitally by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You can print it or forward it to the recipient. Physical vouchers are also available for pickup at our studio.

How do I purchase a gift voucher?

Make a bank transfer to IBAN PT50 0010 0000 6093 3560 0012 7 (minimum €20), then email info@puraceramica.pt with your name, recipient's name, and proof of payment. You'll receive the digital voucher within 24 hours.

Can I get a voucher on the same day?

Is the voucher printable?

Yes, the digital voucher is delivered as a printable PDF that you can print at home or forward directly to the gift recipient.
