This Privacy Policy explains how PURACERÂMICA handles personal information when you contact us, make a booking, subscribe to communications or otherwise interact with our studio and website.

PURACERÂMICA is responsible for the personal information that we collect and use in connection with our studio services, subject to the role of any third-party service providers described below.

- voucher or gift certificate information;

5. Online bookings – SimplyBook.me
We use SimplyBook.me to provide online booking functionality.
When you use the booking system, information required to create and manage your booking may be processed through SimplyBook.me. This may include your name, contact details, selected service, appointment information and related booking data.
SimplyBook.me may also use cookies or similar technologies in connection with its booking platform. Its own privacy and cookie information applies when you use that service.
6. Email and newsletters – Brevo
We may use Brevo to manage newsletters, mailing lists and email communications.
If you subscribe to marketing communications, your email address and relevant subscription information may be stored and processed through Brevo.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the relevant email or by contacting us.
7. Website hosting – Hostinger
Our website is hosted using Hostinger services.
In the course of hosting and securing the website, technical data such as IP addresses, access logs, browser information or error information may be processed automatically by the hosting infrastructure.
Such technical information is generally used for website delivery, security, maintenance and troubleshooting.
8. Google services
PURACERÂMICA maintains a presence on Google services, including Google Business Profile.
If you interact with us directly through a Google service, for example through reviews, directions, messages or other Google features, Google may process information according to its own privacy terms.
Information processed directly by Google is subject to Google's own privacy practices and is not controlled solely by PURACERÂMICA.
9. Cookies
The main PURACERÂMICA website is not intended to place its own non-essential advertising or marketing cookies on your device.
Third-party services that you choose to use, particularly our SimplyBook.me booking system, may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Where a third-party platform is opened or used, its own cookie and privacy information applies.

We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our business, including providers of booking, email, hosting and related technical services.
